Job description

As a Spa Front Desk associate, you will:
• Responsible for being knowledgeable of all spa services, pricing, and other services provided by the Resort.
• Exercise proper telephone etiquette with guests in compliance with the Hotel's terminology.
• Responsible for serving guests in a timely manner while implementing proper service standards.
• Practice all sanitation and safety guidelines provided by both the Department of Health and the Resort.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of The Spa/Health Club.
• Responsible for escorting guests to their appropriate service area, locker room, massage area, manicure, pedicure, weight room, etc.
• Taking reservations for massages, facials, suntan bed, aqua massage, etc.
• Prepare and sell beverage items from Juice Bar.
• Giving tours of The Spa.
• Issuing locker keys, robes, slippers, and towels.
• Maintaining the weight/exercise room equipment.
• Assist with the daily audit and children's activities.
• Responsible for maintaining a cash bank drawer.
• Perform any, or all duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Enforce hotel safety standards.
• Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager.
• File daily reservations and other correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation.
Carry out any reasonable request by Management that is capable of being performed
