Deep Care Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Culpeper, Virginia. The Physical Therapist will work primarily in our Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology to support effective rehabilitation. Our onsite setting facilitates comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment, ensuring that therapists can establish meaningful connections with patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individual treatment plans based on each patient’s specific needs and goals.
• Implementing targeted therapeutic interventions that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to decrease pain and improve function.
• Providing patient education about their conditions, explaining the recovery process, and empowering patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Documenting patient progress accurately, maintaining records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and support fellow clinicians in delivering exceptional care.
• Extending services to the local community through outreach programs, educational seminars, and wellness initiatives.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Each interaction will be geared toward understanding patients' unique challenges, facilitating recovery, and enhancing their quality of life through customized physical therapy interventions. Building strong, empathetic relationships allows you to effectively guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher educational qualification.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex medical terminology for patients and families.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation.

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, which may include internships, fellowships, or previous employment. Experience working specifically with diverse patient demographics, including those dealing with post-operative recovery and chronic conditions, will set you apart.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
