Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Deep Care Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and diagnosing patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and reviewing referral documents from physicians.
  • Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that may involve hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
  • Administering therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function.
  • Utilizing various physical therapy modalities and techniques, tailored to individual patient needs, to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and maximize patient recovery.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to participate in their treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Meeting minimum utilization goals and maintaining productivity to support business operations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • A valid physical therapy license to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  • Proficient in word processing and computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with advanced clinical exposure in outpatient rehabilitation settings or specialized areas of practice will be highly valued. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
