This internship provides structured exposure to investment analysis, property performance evaluation, and market research within an active brokerage environment.
Internship Overview
The Real Estate Analyst Intern will gain hands-on exposure to evaluating residential investment properties and supporting underwriting and research processes.
Participants may gain exposure to:
  • Assisting with comparative market analysis (CMA) and rental rate research
  • Reviewing property financials and operating performance metrics
  • Supporting renovation budgeting and return-on-investment calculations
  • Analyzing rental income, expenses, and cash flow projections
  • Researching neighborhood trends and market data
  • Supporting documentation and reporting processes
  • All activities are supervised and instructional in nature.
Qualifications:
