  • Natural Troubleshooter: Enjoys solving problems and helping people. Comfortable with Windows and mobile devices, and eager to go deep on a modern stack Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, and endpoint security tooling.
  • Automation Instinct: The kind of person who automates a task the second time they do it. Excited to use AI tools like Claude every day has curiosity and initiative.
  • Security Mindset: Genuinely interested in security operations phishing simulation, deception, access management, and endpoint hardening. Treats least privilege and data privacy as defaults.
  • Communication: Patient, clear, and professional with non-technical users, including senior investment professionals. Writes documentation people actually read.
  • Experience: 0 3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop engineering (internships, co-ops, and home-lab experience count). Interest in financial markets is a plus, not a requirement.
