负责芝加哥分公司美国进口及国内转运的日常运营操作,包括到港提货、清关协调、分拣转运、货物跟踪及异常处理。向运营经理汇报,支持美国中西部地区的物流运营执行。
岗位职责:
1.到港提货与进口协调 – 协调货物到港后的提货、拆柜、入库预约等操作;与报关行配合跟进清关进度,确保货物及时放行
2.分拣与转运操作 – 根据货物目的地及时效要求,安排美国境内卡车转运或尾程派送,协调分拣、打托、装车等作业
3.货物跟踪 – 使用WMS/TMS等物流管理系统实时监控货物在途状态,及时更新系统数据,确保物流轨迹完整准确
4.异常处理 – 处理运输中的异常情况(清关延误、派送失败、货损、转运延迟等),协调内外部资源推动闭环解决
5.费用与数据 – 在系统内录入相关费用,协助账单核对;定期制作运营报表(时效分析、承运商表现等)
6.客户与供应商沟通 – 与客户、报关行、卡车公司、尾程派送商保持日常沟通,确保信息传递及时准确
7.其他 – 完成直属领导交办的其他相关工作
任职要求:
1.物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理、商务英语等相关专业优先;
2.1年以上美国进口操作、美国国内运输协调或跨境物流相关经验
3.熟悉美国进口清关基本流程,了解ISF、AMS等申报要求,熟悉到港后提货、拆柜等操作
4.有美国卡车运输或尾程派送协调经验者优先,熟悉WMS/TMS系统操作者优先
5.工作细致、责任心强,具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力
6.中英文流利,可作为工作语言与中美团队及外部合作方沟通
7.熟练使用办公软件(Excel、Word等)及物流管理系统
薪资待遇:
时薪 $20 – $28 / 小时(根据经验面议)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our U.S. import operations and domestic freight coordination in Chicago. This role covers port pickup, customs coordination, sorting, transloading, shipment tracking, and exception handling. This role reports to the Operations Manager and supports logistics execution across the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Port Pickup & Import Coordination – Coordinate pickup, deconsolidation, and warehouse appointment scheduling for inbound cargo; work with customs brokers to monitor clearance progress and ensure timely release
2.Sorting & Transloading – Arrange domestic trucking or last-mile delivery based on destination and service requirements; coordinate sorting, palletizing, and loading operations
3.Shipment Tracking – Monitor cargo status using WMS/TMS systems; update data in a timely manner to maintain complete and accurate tracking records
4.Exception Handling – Resolve operational disruptions (customs delays, delivery failures, damages, transloading delays) by coordinating internal and external resources
5.Billing & Data – Enter relevant charges into the system; assist with invoice reconciliation; generate operational reports (transit time analysis, carrier performance, etc.)
6.Communication – Maintain daily communication with customers, customs brokers, trucking companies, and last-mile carriers to ensure timely and accurate information flow
7.Others – Complete other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
1.In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business English, or related field preferred
2.1+ year of experience in U.S. import operations, domestic freight coordination, or cross-border logistics
3.Familiar with U.S. import clearance processes – knowledge of ISF, AMS filing requirements, port pickup, and deconsolidation
4.Experience in U.S. trucking or last-mile delivery coordination is a plus – familiarity with WMS/TMS is preferred
5.Detail-oriented, accountable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
6.Bilingual in English and Chinese – able to communicate effectively with both U.S. and China teams, as well as external partners
7.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management systems
Compensation:
1.$20 – $28 / hour (based on experience)
2.Non-Exempt, bi-weekly payroll;
3.Full-time, W2
