Job description

This role unites creative direction, experiential design, and emerging technology to evolve creative expression across the full prospect and client lifecycle-delivering a refined, high-touch experience tailored to UHNW clients while remaining tightly aligned to the broader JPMorganChase brand. The leader will fully leverage generative AI, automation, and modular content systems to scale personalization and improve efficiency across design, photography, video, and interactive media.

As the Executive Director of Creative Technology & Experience within the Private Bank, you are responsible for advancing an experience-led, visually driven, AI-accelerated creative practice for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As expectations among ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients continue to rise, differentiation is defined not only by advice and performance, but by the intelligence, elegance, and adaptability of every brand interaction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creative experts spanning print, digital, UX, data storytelling, and design, and you will have a proven track record of guiding work from concept through production across in-person and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external creative teams across design, print production, photography, video, and digitally enabled experiences, end to end from concept to deployment.
  • Own the visual identity and dynamic brand expression across prospect and client touchpoints, ensuring consistency with JPMorganChase standards.
  • Integrate creative into AI-powered, omnichannel marketing ecosystems in partnership with MarTech, data, and privacy teams to deliver cohesive, technology-enabled storytelling.
  • Advance creative technology adoption, including generative AI, automation, and modular systems, to drive reuse and scale.
  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and innovation-focused vendors to expand capabilities and speed.
  • Partner across lines of business and corporate functions to ensure global brand alignment and connectivity.
  • Define and evolve a best-in-class visual and experiential identity aligned to UHNW expectations and JPMorganChase brand standards.
  • Develop differentiated concepts that translate across physical, digital, and interactive environments with coherence and quality.
  • Establish design systems and governance that ensure consistency while enabling localized flexibility and personalization.
  • Embed generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies into creative workflows and asset pipelines.
  • Build modular content systems and component libraries that enable rapid scaling, localization, and reuse.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 12+ years in senior creative leadership roles within financial services, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven track record and strong aptitude for integrating creative and technology to deliver modern, personalized marketing experiences.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence across design, digital, photography, video, and interactive experiences.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with global stakeholders.
  • Fluency in generative AI, content automation, and scalable design systems.
  • Deep expertise in visual direction, production, and experiential design.
  • Established network of agencies, production partners, and innovation-focused vendors.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced templating and systems).
  • Enterprise-approved generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Typeface, Writer, HeyGen), plus print production and pre-press workflows.
