We are seeing a motivated Computer Technician Intern to support our team in delivering high-quality technical service and customer support. In this role, you will assist with diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, managing support cases, and contributing to both on-site service requests and internal projects. This internship is ideal for detail-oriented, costumer-focused individuals with a strong desire to learn, grown technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT enviroment.

Roles and Responsibilites
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
  • Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
  • Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
  • Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
  • Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
  • Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with on-site projects.
  • Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
  • Upkeep of work area.
  • Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
  • Continued technical education.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
