$15.00 Hourly

Mondays will be training on the EMERGE course modules, whereas Tuesday and Wednesday will be supervised internship at the JEA lab aimed towards understanding, designing, and demonstrating a working microgrid. To distribute these responsibilities effectively among the 7 high school interns, the workload can be organized using a team structure. This setup assigns every intern a specialized primary role while keeping everyone involved in the core lab testing, lectures, and the final capstone build.

Required Qualifications

HS Students will participate in the workforce development program called EMERGE with Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Raj over the course of the Summer 2026 term (June and July 2026).
