Your role and tasks

Index is growing its team and looking for a Web Marketing Coordinator Internship. The schedule is flexible with a possibility to work from home. Remuneration is offered.
An internship with Index provides an exceptional opportunity to apply digital marketing skills in real-life scenarios. Our internships are full-time (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 to 8 months.  During this time, you will receive training while fully experiencing an environment in continual evolution. Step by step, you will put into practice the strategies that Index develops for clients of a variety of sizes in a variety of industries.

  • Run real campaigns : online advertising, SEO, content, analytics — for clients across multiple industries
  • Work with AI tools : contribute to R&D on Index's proprietary AI platform and internal tools
  • Present results : deliver data-driven reports to clients on a regular basis
  • Quality-check : everything QA is a core part of how we operate for flawless deliverables
  • Own projects : gradually manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and client follow-ups as your confidence grows
  • Build performance strategies : formulate original, results-driven marketing plans (not templates)

Qualifications required for this position

  • Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen or authorization to work
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Strong writing skills in both English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Google suite
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, and to multitask several projects at once under tight deadlines
