Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced project managers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects.
  • Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
  • Procore experience
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience or internship in construction, project management, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
