Project Executive (Construction)

Location: Boise, ID

Compensation: $190,000–$215,000 + Benefits + Vehicle + 401(k) Match + PTO

A leading general contractor in the Boise market is adding a Project Executive to its leadership team as part of continued growth.

This firm has built a strong regional reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects and maintains a healthy backlog of upcoming work. The Project Executive will provide leadership across multiple projects and project teams, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level oversight across multiple commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and communication
  • Monitor project financials, schedules, contracts, staffing, and risk to ensure projects meet company and client expectations
  • Partner with preconstruction, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve high-level project challenges while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Support operational planning, process improvement, and the continued growth of the organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with a general contractor
  • Previous leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong ground-up commercial and/or industrial construction experience
  • Proven track record managing project financial performance, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
