As a Solutions Delivery Intern, you are a highly motivated and eager individual with a strong interest in project management and technology. What you'll do:

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the world of solutions delivery by supporting our Solutions Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams. You will assist in streamlining processes, contribute to complex projects, and gain exposure to the full technical, operational, business and market lifecycle of a feature or product - from conception to release.  Your responsibilities will include assisting with defining project scope, supporting the management of timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks, all while continuously learning and developing your skills.

The opportunity:
  • 8 - 12 month work-term beginning September 2026.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Work with the Foundations Team: Delivers platforms, infrastructure products, and services that span horizontally across verticals. Focuses on core MyGeotab, Data Platform, and OEM Platform.
  • Support product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, gaining valuable insights into the journey from conception to release.
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines/schedules, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Provide support to complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multi-disciplinary teams at Geotab. Assist in facilitating effective communication, aligning visions, and ensuring accountability for required work/deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating internal team activities and supporting project meetings. Help maintain detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining project deliverables, timelines, and milestone updates for sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in analyzing project issues and developing solutions. Learn to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for specific products and translating requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Participate in post-mortem reviews post-product delivery or as required within the project delivery process.
  • Support project communication and reporting. Assist with project tracking and analysis. Contribute to communicating vital information to the project team and broader product teams.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Engage in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • A strong interest in project/program management or product ownership within a technology organization.
  • Knowledge or a strong desire to learn about the high-technology industry.
