Salary Range: $18/hour

Schedule - 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 3pm – 7pm, Fridays 2pm – 6pm, Saturdays 10am – 6pm.


About The Current Open Role

At Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler, we are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Part Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for all guests.

What We're Looking For

  • Deliver exceptional, people-first service in line with our belief in setting the standard.
  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of warmth and professionalism - making every individual feel like they are “glad to be here.”
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to guests and callers.
  • Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, proactively showing up for each other to keep things running smoothly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Manage and process payment receipts
  • Manage dealer plate log
  • Other administrative duties as needed. 


What You'll Bring

  • Must be available to work on weekends and during the week; with a willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings as required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to sweat the small stuff while multitasking effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Previous dealership reception experience is an asset
  • Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
