The Career Services Outreach Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing outreach strategies for internships, post-graduate jobs, and residencies. The Outreach Specialist will be the first point of contact for current and potential employers, pro-bono partners, and residency hosts ('employers'). The Outreach Specialist will also act as the first point of contact for students and triage student issues and questions. They will need to accurately ensure that job postings and student information are accurately recorded. The Outreach Specialist will also have supervisory responsibility over student workers on matters related to outreach.

  • High school diploma and five to seven years of relevant experience required.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with students, employers, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A willingness to learn new software applications.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of 12Twenty strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in an academic setting is preferred.
