Description

Build the Infrastructure That Builds Stronger Communities

Do you get excited about designing the roads people drive on, the utilities they rely on, and the systems that keep communities running?  Are you ready to kick off your engineering career in a place where you'll grow fast, make an impact, and genuinely enjoy what you do?  If you're curious, driven, and eager to learn-we want you on our team.

Why This Role Matters

  • Visit project sites and see your designs come to life in the field.
  • Complete calculations, analyze data, and prepare reports and technical documents.
  • Work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and innovative tools that help us engineer smarter.
  • Collaborate daily with senior engineers, designers, and clients in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
  • Learn constantly. Grow quickly. Contribute meaningfully.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • Passed or planning to take the FE exam (within 6 months).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software-don't worry, we'll help you sharpen your skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity-you're comfortable asking questions.
  • A positive, teachable attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Bonus: Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.

What We Offer

A Launch Pad for Your Career

This isn't a typical entry-level engineering role. You'll work on diverse projects, take real responsibility, and grow under the mentorship of experienced engineers who want to see you succeed.
