The Role
Senior Accountants in our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) division oversee financial operations for multiple clients, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements. They lead a team, provide strategic financial advice, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, analyzing financial data, and optimizing processes to support business growth and financial stability.
Responsibilities And Duties

  • Manage client budgets, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Prepare journal entries, work papers, financial statements, and custom reports
  • Understand and prepare amortization and depreciation schedules and reports in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate staff accountants and interns
  • Reconcile bank and credit card account balances
  • Complete payroll and sales tax returns
  • Conduct financial analysis
  • Interact and meet with clients

Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of professional work experience in accounting
  • Minimum of three years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience using QuickBooks, Yardi, MRI, and/or CAM/RECs, or related
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness, combined with a cooperative attitude
  • Initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to selfmanage workload responsibilities
