  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with tax preparation software is a plus; experience with CCH Axcess Tax is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn new software and technology tools quickly.

Professional Skills
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professionalism and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Education & Experience
Required
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.

Preferred
  • Interest in pursuing CPA or EA credentials.
  • Previous internship, bookkeeping, accounting, or tax experience.
