FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment's next generation tech innovation studio designed to accelerate how we create, produce, and scale premium storytelling across every business unit. Built around four integrated pillars, including R&D, Production, Talent, and Education, FoxNXT develops and deploys AI powered pipelines that redefine creative workflows across animation, unscripted, scripted, and marketing.

TheAISupervisor, Animation is responsible for building and executingAIpowered workflows for animation content. This role partners with production teams to reimagine how animation content is developed, captured, and delivered usingAI, driving efficiency, scalability, and new creative formats. You will operate in a highly experimental environment, translating early-stage tolls into real world production pipelines.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LeadAIenabled animation projects from concept through execution and delivery
  • Design and implement production workflows from scratch that integrateAIinto animation formats
  • Conduct intake sessions with studio and production teams to identify opportunities forAIintegration
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans forAIdriven productions
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to test and deploy newAItools in live production environments
  • Oversee field, post-production, and delivery workflows with a focus on speed and scalability
  • Manage across functional teams, vendors, and production partners.
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt workflows in rapidly evolving production environments


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in animation production
  • Fluency in field production, post production workflows, and delivery pipelines
  • Experience with data driven storytelling and automated editing workflows
  • Familiarity withAItools for transcription, logging, editing, or content generation
  • Ability to build processes in fast moving and ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines in high-pressure, fast paced settings

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-152,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
