Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through multiple phases, including planning, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Manage project documentation and drawing production with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and coordination
• Oversee BIM standards, workflows, model management, and best practices across teams
• Support project teams with technical problem-solving, Revit leadership, and documentation efficiency
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned and moving forward
• Review drawings and models for constructability, consistency, and compliance with firm standards
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on architectural detailing, documentation, and BIM processes
• Help improve internal systems, project delivery methods, and collaboration tools

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with strong project delivery experience
• Experience in a Project Architect/BIM Manager or closely related architectural leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project workflows
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across a wide variety of project types
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and technical problem-solving
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities, support teams, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
• Registered Architect preferred
• Experience working in a collaborative, design-driven practice is an asset
