The Sales Associate role provides crucial support to our Sales Representatives and is the backbone of the sales team.ย That'sย why we want the best of the best-YOU!ย 

How Will You Contribute?ย ย 

Your Main Focus Will Be:ย ย 

  • Coordinating product displays to assist Sales Representatives in meeting volume sales and distribution goals.ย 
  • Packing out orders in retail accounts such as supermarkets, drugย storesย and other venues.ย 
  • Communicating customer issues and concerns to Sales Representatives, Salesย Supervisorsย and other members of the sales team as needed.ย 
  • Ensuring products on shelvesย and inย coolers are properly rotated to avoidย expiration.ย 
  • Regularly rotating through accounts to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring products are arranged to the best advantage.ย 
  • Creating relationships withย appropriate storeย personnel and supplier teams toย maintainย and improve customer service.ย 
  • Supporting the Sales Representative in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials.ย 
  • Executing cooler resets and rearrangement of products asย requested.ย 

Position Requirements:ย 

  • Degree preferred.ย 
  • Valid Driver's License/Car.ย 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, includingย some eveningsย and weekends.ย 
  • Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.ย 
  • Some experience in retail, customerย serviceย and merchandising.ย 
  • Intermediate toย advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,ย Powerpoint).ย ย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.ย 
  • Strong time management,ย analyticalย and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Hourly Salary: $18.00-$18.00.Reimbursement available for the use of your car. Benefits available.
