Automotive Service Manager โ€“ Brookshire Hyundai (Texas)

Brookshire Hyundai is seeking a high-impact Automotive Service Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume service department. We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate technicians, manage profit & loss, and deliver an outstanding customer experience โ€” every day.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily service operations, technician productivity, and workflow efficiency

  • Hire, train, and coach advisors, techs, and support staff

  • Drive profitability and performance against set goals

  • Manage warranty processes, safety compliance, and regulatory guidelines

  • Track KPIs, labor hours, RO counts, and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

  • Coordinate closely with Parts and Sales Departments

  • Develop marketing strategies to increase service volume and retention

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant service facility

  • Report directly to General Manager and collaborate across departments


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of Service Manager experience in a dealership environment

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Deep understanding of DMS systems and service processes

  • Knowledge of OEM warranty policies, OSHA, EPA, and TDLR regulations

  • ASE certifications preferred

  • Valid driverโ€™s license

  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
