Premier Luxury Dealership Opportunity – Alexandria, VA 22314

National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is conducting a confidential search for a premier luxury automotive dealership and dealership group seeking experienced Automotive Technicians ready to build a long-term career with one of the industry's most respected organizations.

If you have Mercedes-Benz, German import, ASE, or OEM certification experience, we want to hear from you. We are hiring technicians of all skill levels, including Apprentice, B-Level, A-Level, Master, and Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians.

Compensation

$34.00 – $60.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and manufacturer training. This compensation is designed to be approximately 20% above the typical local market range for experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz and other German luxury vehicles

  • Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics

  • Complete repairs to OEM specifications

  • Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and service information

  • Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality

  • Work closely with service advisors and management to provide an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership technician experience preferred

  • Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred

  • German import experience highly desired

  • ASE Certifications and/or OEM Certifications are a plus

  • Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Professional attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic
