We are seeking an entry-level Probe Engineer to support wafer-level electrical testing and data analysis for semiconductor devices. The candidate will work closely with product, process, and test engineering teams to improve probe yield, ensure data accuracy, and support new product introduction (NPI).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and wafer fabrication processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, device, product engineering) to improve yield and quality
  • Assist in probe card setup, maintenance, and optimization
  • Document test results and prepare technical reports
