You're more than a Behavioral Health Worker at PRO.

At PRO, we know that choosing an employer is about more than finding your next job; it's about finding a team that will invest in you. As a smaller, locally owned company, we take the time to build meaningful relationships with our employees, support their professional goals, and celebrate their successes along the way.

If you're looking for a rewarding career where you'll feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a difference, we'd love to connect with you.

What you'll do as a Behavioral Health Worker

Behavioral Health Workers provide behavior support to all students within the classroom, support individual behavioral plans and interventions, run daily social-emotional groups, provide direct behavioral instruction, and model appropriate behavior for students.

Why PRO?

  • Smaller company where you're truly known and supported
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs
  • Paid training and ongoing mentorship
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, mileage, and cell phone reimbursement for eligible employees

  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred
