Gain Real-World Accounting Experience with Altec
Altec is seeking Accounting Interns for Summer 2027 in Birmingham, Alabama. This paid internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside experienced accounting professionals in a collaborative business environment.
Depending on business needs and interests, interns may gain exposure to a variety of accounting functions, including:
  • Financial Accounting

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current Accounting major (or recent graduate) from accredited four-year college or university

Additional Information
  • Housing stipends are available for eligible interns based on program guidelines.
