• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, leveraging techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with relevant laws and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Engage actively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and deliver holistic treatment responses.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to contribute to a collaborative therapeutic environment.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health through ongoing self-education and professional training.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Experience in family therapy, couples counseling, or specialization in trauma and substance use disorders is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related documentation tools is desirable.
