Based on Adobe Experience Cloud roles and relevant internal Adobe related job descriptions, an Adobe CJO/AJO/CJA Developer is typically responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing Adobe Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO/AJO) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe CJO/AJO/CJA Developer to design, build, and optimize customer journey orchestration and analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/CJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in customer data platforms, marketing technology, personalization, data integration, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer journeys, campaigns, offers, and decisioning strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/CJO).
  • Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform datasets, schemas, identities, and Real Time Customer Profiles.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation and activation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Build and optimize CJA Data Views, Connections, Reports, and Dashboards for cross channel customer analytics.
  • Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, marketing automation, and third party platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop data validation frameworks and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
  • Support real time personalization across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Web, and Mobile channels.
  • Create technical documentation, solution designs, and best practice guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
