Position Overview:

The Product Specialist will serve as a key liaison between the product management team and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customers. This role involves in-depth product knowledge, market research, and a keen ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Terratree, Aitium and Fitryo products, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries and issues related to the product, providing expert guidance and solutions.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, support, and materials that enhance their ability to sell effectively.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights that drive product development and strategy.
• Product Launches: Support product launch activities, including the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and work with the product management team to implement changes.
• Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure product success and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role.

  • Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using product management and CRM tools, e.g. Hubspot, LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven digital marketing skills, e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Cloud Computing. Certified in AWS (Associate, Professional or Specialty) or willingness to get certified.
