Jerry Seiner South Jordan GMC is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales team. If you're passionate about developing people, maximizing internet opportunities, and creating an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to meet you.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee our internet sales process from lead to delivery, coach a high-performing team, and work alongside dealership leadership to drive sales growth. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn online shoppers into lifelong customers.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Internet Sales/BDC team
  • Manage internet, phone, and digital sales leads to maximize conversions
  • Train team members on phone skills, appointment setting, follow-up strategies, and customer communication
  • Monitor key performance metrics including response times, contact rates, appointment show rates, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, documentation, and consistent follow-up
  • Partner with Sales Managers to desk internet deals and help customers find the right vehicle
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies while maximizing profitability
  • Foster a customer-first sales culture that delivers an outstanding online and in-store experience
  • Analyze performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Internet Sales Manager, BDC Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager
  • Strong knowledge of automotive CRM systems and internet lead management
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for improving performance
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
