This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers online and over the phone, building relationships, and helping customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chat requests
  • Build relationships with customers through email, text, phone calls, and in-person appointments
  • Schedule and confirm showroom visits and test drives
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Follow up consistently with customers using CRM tools and dealership systems
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve monthly goals
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Kia vehicles, features, financing options, and dealership services
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final delivery
  • Help generate positive online reviews and customer satisfaction scores
