Job description

As the Internet Director at Frontier Ford, you will lead our internet department, overseeing traffic management and driving strategies to achieve store goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and optimize our online presence to maximize customer engagement and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the internet department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor website traffic and lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online inquiries and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align online efforts with overall store objectives.
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure all online communications and campaigns represent Frontier Ford’s brand appropriately.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internet department team to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing internet or digital sales departments, preferably in automotive retail.
  • Strong understanding of web traffic metrics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
