About the Position

We are looking for full-time agents to conduct Internet Presence Investigations. Our agents have conducted thousands of successful Internet Presence Investigations, uncovering innumerable hours of videos, photos, and postings that capture content, saving millions of dollars on fraudulent claims.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical proficiency with ability to use multiple software applications to conduct comprehensive database searches.
  • Ability to navigate the Internet and possess a firm grasp of current social media platforms.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Criminal Justice or a similar field of study preferred, not required.
  • Law enforcement and/or claims training may be substituted for formal education.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to learn how to establish, document, and independently pursue appropriate investigative strategies.
  • Ability to use public record information systems.
  • Qualify and obtain proper licensure.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive online investigations and field record retrievals of questionable insurance claims and policies in compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Analyze results of investigations to determine the course of action.
  • Perform thorough searches using insurance investigative databases, internal resources, internet resources, and public records to locate parties and collect evidence to determine if potential fraud exists.
  • Develop and maintain a rapport with local information networks, including law enforcement, vendors, and industry experts.
  • Write detailed reports regarding information found and testify if needed at depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Conduct in-house training as necessary.
