Workersโ€™ Compensation Surveillance Investigator (Part-Time / On-Call)

We are seeking experienced Surveillance Investigators for part-time, on-call assignments involving workersโ€™ compensation investigations. Candidates must have prior surveillance experience and be capable of independently conducting mobile and stationary surveillance operations.
Position Overview:
The Surveillance Investigator is responsible for conducting covert surveillance, documenting claimant activities, obtaining video evidence, and preparing detailed reports for workersโ€™ compensation and insurance-related investigations.
This is an on-call, field-based position with variable hours based on case assignments and operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of surveillance investigation experience required.
  • Experience conducting workersโ€™ compensation surveillance preferred.
  • Strong observational and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended surveillance assignments.
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
Equipment Requirements:
Candidates must possess and maintain the following:
  • Registered and reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance operations.
  • Vehicle window tint preferred for covert observation.
