What is international supply chain management?

International supply chain management involves coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods, information, and finances across national borders. It includes sourcing raw materials globally, managing international suppliers, handling customs regulations, and ensuring timely delivery to customers around the world. What are some common challenges faced in an international supply chain role, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in International Supply Chain often encounter challenges such as navigating complex customs regulations, managing cross-border logistics delays, and coordinating with suppliers across different time zones and cultures.
