Job Title: Sales Manager (International Trade)
Position Type: FTE
Salary Range:6000-8000/month+commission

1. Sales Achievement: Lead sales efforts within designated international regions to achieve sales
targets and market share goals.
2. Market Expansion: Develop and execute market expansion plans, including market research,
lead generation, and client relationship management.
3. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key international
clients, identifying their needs and providing professional, tailored solutions.
4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate internal resources across production, logistics, and
after-sales service to ensure seamless order execution.
5. Strategic Analysis: Collect and analyze competitor data to formulate effective sales and pricing
strategies.
6. Contract Negotiation: Participate in international trade negotiations, finalize sales contracts,
and monitor contract fulfillment.
7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, enhancing their sales techniques and
product knowledge.
8. Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management and
provide strategic recommendations.
9. Budget Control: Develop and manage the regional sales budget to ensure maximum
