An International RN Chart Review nurse is a registered nurse who reviews and evaluates medical records (charts) for accuracy, compliance, and quality of care, often for healthcare organizations or insurance companies in a global context. Their work involves assessing documentation to ensure it meets regulatory standards, identifying discrepancies, and sometimes assisting with audits or legal cases. This role may also require knowledge of various international healthcare regulations and standards, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
