Technical Project Manager with Salesforce, Conga exp

Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for customer to manage all project responsibilities
  • Run daily stand ups for multiple projects with PL,BA, Dev & QA team members
  • Weekly status meetings with Technology stakeholders
  • Engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Vice President, Directors and Product Managers) as a peer, providing subject matter expertise
  • Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, tangible outcomes and high quality.
  • Managing multiple programs and projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology
  • Applying project management standards, compliance and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule and on budget.
  • Plan and manage project task executions; communicate status to all stakeholders (customers, team members, and business sponsors); track, report, and lead all aspects of projects, including driving issues and risks to resolution
  • Manage internal processes related to weekly reporting, revenue recognition, staffing, and engagement kickoff and clos

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, Conga, Oracle or any related applications
  • 6+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
  • Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  • Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
  • Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
  • Proven experience managing mid- to large-scale technology programs or projects, preferably at international scale
  • Core project management skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, senior stakeholder communications, and risk management
  • Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting a variety of different audiences including Technical and Business stakeholders
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master 's degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with the execution of the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a multifaceted environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven business and financial savvy
  • Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across functions
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheets, Lucidchart, G Suite and Atlassian Confluence
