Your Role:
The Manager, International Merchandising Operations, is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of global merchandising and MP&A initiatives. This role serves as a central connector across Merchandising, MP&A, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, scalability, and operational excellence across international markets.
This position plays a critical role in enabling global growth strategies, product development process (PDP), and ongoing business optimization, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring execution across regions, channels, and formats. The role requires strong expertise in project management, merchandising processes, analytics, and calendar management, with a clear focus on building scalable, repeatable frameworks for international expansion.
Your Impact:
  • Act as the strategic international liaison between Victoria's Secret Intimates (VSI), PINK, Beauty, and technology teams, ensuring clear alignment of requirements, dependencies, and deliverables across merchandising and MP&A initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across global teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution
  • Translate enterprise business strategy into executable operational and technical plans, partnering with cross functional leaders to drive on time delivery of global initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to align priorities, timelines, and business outcomes
  • Drive new store set up through market patterning and product distortions
  • Identify and lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, speed, and scalability
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion best practices and support training, communication, and implementation plans
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, alignment, and follow-ups
  • Support the development and maintenance of weekly, monthly, seasonal, and merchandising and MP&A calendars
  • Ensure alignment between product development cycles, financial planning timelines, and go-to-market strategies

Your Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years' relevant working experience, including operations, or project management
  • Strong understanding of global merchandising processes and financial planning principles
  • A passion for problem-solving and for identifying and addressing business process and operational opportunities
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, large-scale projects
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and project management tools
