Acuity International Health Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide comprehensive telehealth services. As a remote mental health counselor at Acuity International Health Care Inc., you will engage with clients through a user-friendly telehealth platform. Our remote setup allows for flexibility while ensuring a supportive collaborative atmosphere among your peers. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, utilizing evidence-based protocols to develop individualized treatment plans that foster client growth and recovery.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth, employing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s needs—be it CBT, DBT, or other methods tailored to address specific mental health concerns.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients. Regularly monitor their progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans diligently to maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, upholding the professionalism that our firm is known for.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and webinars to stay current in mental health practices and improve your clinical skills.

You will work primarily with diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of their varied experiences and backgrounds, enhancing your ability to offer tailored therapeutic support.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' challenges are essential traits we look for in a successful applicant.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage caseloads effectively and maintain administrative documentation.

• Experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with digital mental health platforms.
• Background in trauma-informed care, as well as experience working with a culturally diverse clientele.
• Previous work experience in clinical settings is highly advantageous.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
