We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives while advancing their own clinical career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services.
  • Support clients throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
Qualifications
  • Active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Experience treating substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
