You will own the full case lifecycle from initiation through approval and be the first point of contact for all immigration-related questions.
What You'll Be Working On:
  • Kick off new immigration cases (H-1B, H-1B transfers, O-1, TN, E-3, PERM, Green Card) upon offer acceptance or internal request.
  • Track all active cases across in a case management system, maintaining accurate status, deadlines, and expiration dates.
  • Serve as the primary immigration resource for recruiters, answering questions on visa eligibility, transfer mechanics, start date constraints, and cap exposure.
  • Provide work authorization guidance during the offer process so recruiting can set accurate candidate expectations.
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between Crusoe and our immigration vendor.
  • Route documents, approvals, and employee data to counsel efficiently, follow up to keep cases moving on schedule.
  • Review petitions and filings prepared by counsel before submission for accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive, log, and distribute all USCIS correspondence, including approval notices (I-797), RFEs, NOIDs, and transfer receipts.
  • Maintain a central repository of all I-797 approval notices, EAD cards, and visa documents.
  • Coordinate responses to RFEs with counsel under tight deadlines.
  • Track USCIS processing times and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Coordinate immigration-related onboarding tasks for new hires, including I-9 completion, E-Verify, and visa stamp guidance.
  • Maintain a real-time immigration tracker for all active cases, upcoming expirations, and pending government actions.
  • Monitor LCA postings and Public Access File compliance.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 3-5 years of corporate immigration experience, either in-house or at an immigration law firm.
  • Hands-on experience with H-1B petitions, transfers, extensions, cap-subject filings, and PERM.
  • Familiarity with O-1, TN, E-3, L-1, and Green Card (EB-2/EB-3) processes.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with case management tools.
  • Extremely organized with meticulous attention to deadlines and document accuracy.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience supporting a high-growth tech company or AI/cloud computing environment.
  • Familiarity with I-9/E-Verify compliance administration.
  • Experience working with multiple external immigration vendors simultaneously.
  • Exposure to international immigration (Canada, UK, EU) is a plus.
