We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.
Our fast-paced business immigration practice offers an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our San Francisco-based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • 3+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV).
  • Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas is required.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.

Benefits
In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $210,000 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
