Job Description/Responsibilities
Our Logistics Team is growing! Two NEW positions open!
Join a growing global logistics team that plays a critical role in moving some of the world's most recognized spirits brands across international markets. The Logistics Coordinator I - Ocean supports global transportation operations, including ocean freight, import/export activities, and bulk liquid shipments, ensuring products move safely, efficiently, and compliantly through our supply chain network. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate international ocean freight shipments, import/export activities, and transportation execution to ensure on-time delivery and shipment visibility
  • Partner with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to support efficient global transportation operations
  • Analyze transportation performance, freight costs, and service metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support transportation compliance activities, including import/export documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to projects that improve service levels, transportation efficiency, inventory availability, and supply chain performance

Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Preferred
  • Experience managing international ocean freight shipments, import/export operations, or global supply chain activities
  • Experience within the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or regulated product industries
  • Experience with transportation management systems, freight visibility platforms, Power BI, or logistics analytics tools

The hourly compensation range for this role is $32.36 - $48.55. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
