A leading digital streaming network seeks a Senior Coordinator - Global Programming to support content planning, scheduling, and programming operations within streaming, television, or digital media environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in managing content calendars, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining accuracy within content management systems.
Senior Coordinator - Global Programming Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain global content schedules within content management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and communicating schedule updates to internal stakeholders and regional teams.
  • Coordinate, update, and distribute internal programming calendars while partnering with global teams to track launch dates, programming strategies, and scheduling changes.
  • Support merchandising and curation workflows through Airtable and JIRA ticketing systems, collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Curation teams to optimize content presentation and prioritization on the platform.
  • Assist with weekly and quarterly business presentations, rights tracking activities, creative asset coordination, and ad hoc programming projects supporting global content initiatives.
  • Support execution of the global programming strategy by maintaining planning documentation, identifying changing priorities, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive successful content launches and audience engagement initiatives.

Senior Coordinator - Global Programming Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming platforms, and/or linear television environments.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior entertainment and media industry experience.
  • Experience using content management systems and program scheduling tools; experience with WON scheduling systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with project management tools.
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience with JIRA is preferred.
  • Understanding of television programming strategies, streaming content operations, and evolving media consumption behaviors.
  • Experience in maintaining programming calendars, launch schedules, metadata workflows, and content planning documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with global stakeholders across various time zones.

Shift:
  • Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule as needed to support global teams across multiple regions.
