Reporting to the Principal Director, Content and Dissemination within the Communications department, the role requires a creative, diligent, and collaborative editorial professional and content strategist who is invested in the success of the organization and committed to the foundationโ€™s grantmaking goals in the areas of education, democracy, and international peace.

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in executing content strategies that balance digital impact with long-term brand narrative and strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, digital publishing platforms, and the ethical application of AI tools in editorial workflows.
  • Knowledge and interest in the foundationโ€™s program areas.
  • Print magazine experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing one or more direct reports in an office setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and time management in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • A commitment to ethical standards, transparency, and accountability.
