Job description

Join our People and Systems Group as part of the Prosper Team as a temporary contractor, International Benefits Program Manager. The Prosper team's mission is to inspire employees to achieve their fullest potential by offering innovative and competitive total rewards that support financial, mental, and physical wellbeing. This backfill role will primarily lead international benefits administration and report to the Director of Global Benefits.ย 

This position is hybrid and located in San Mateo, California.

You will:

  • Lead international group benefit implementations in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and the Netherlands
  • Ensure international benefits and leaves compliance
  • Manage international group benefit renewals in India and the UK
  • Oversee international leave administration
  • Manage broker and insurer/vendor relationships
  • Manage annual international benefit overview sessions
  • Escalate employee inquiries/issues for international benefits
  • Partner with People, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Communications, and Legal teams
  • Provide ad hoc support for U.S. benefits and Proactive Care initiatives

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting benefit programs
  • Experience with international group benefits implementations
  • Experience with leaves of absence administration
  • The capability to manage multiple implementations and programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Workday (HCM and Benefits modules)
