Job description

Huntington Beach Chrysler is looking for an Experienced Internal Service Advisor

This is a great opportunity for a Internal-focused, detail-oriented, highly motived individual to join our excellent service department.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing

Valid U.S. Driver's license

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Clean driving record needed

Applicants must have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Applicants must be detail-oriented and well organized

Outstanding customer service skills

High School diploma or equivalent

Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking

Job Duties:

Opening and closing repair orders for used car reconditioning

Dispatching work to each technician

Writing up cars for lease buyout/Kbb/unwind/demo returns inspections

Scheduling customer appointments.

Scheduling customers for sublet repairs.

Admin for Rapid Recon (adding users, managing vehicles, and making sure it is organized)

Helping the sales department with any questions they may have.

Performs other duties as assigned
