For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Project Manager, mainly focused on driving the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our portfolio of brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.
The Project Manager acts as a strategic partner between business and technology teams, helping define how technology solutions deliver business value while leading the execution of key initiatives. In this role, the Project Manager will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, IT, vendors, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Technology.
Compensation
$80k$100k gross annual salary + bonus + benefits.
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, strategic value, and success metrics.
Ensure technology solutions are effectively utilized to deliver measurable business outcomes and value.
Serve as the strategic liaison between Marketing, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to define high-level approaches for delivering new capabilities and product innovations.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
Serve as the primary Project Manager for assigned initiatives, ensuring successful, on-time delivery.
Lead cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other business functions to support innovation and EBITDA growth.
Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and manage priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Provide clear communication regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to stakeholders.
Manage project definition, tracking, reporting, and execution through Jira.
Partner with Fortidia and third-party development teams to manage backlogs, prioritize work, assign tasks, and groom user stories.
Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with business priorities while coordinating with global teams to ensure consistency across initiatives.
Confirm project funding requirements, validate budget availability, and ensure proper approvals prior to project execution.
Evaluate and manage project change requests while maintaining alignment with governance standards and stakeholder expectations.
Support the project lifecycle from Idea and Discovery through Delivery, Go-To-Market Launch, and Optimization.
Assist in assessing project risks related to value, usability, feasibility, and viability during the discovery phase.
Facilitate prioritization and Go/No-Go decision points to ensure investments address validated business needs.
Partner with stakeholders to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology, digital transformation, software, or data-driven initiatives.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
Proven ability to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day project execution.
Strong understanding of technology platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital experience solutions.
Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and modern project management methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with Jira and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
