The Senior Project Manager (PM) will own the delivery of complex, multi-faceted Brand, Creative, and Web initiatives, providing organizational oversight, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across development, product, copy, and design teams. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating strategic, consultative relationships, and is accountable for the success and timely completion of each scope of work. Our ideal Senior PM is relationship-oriented, adaptable, and able to balance and prioritize a portfolio of large enterprise relationships and high-stakes projects.  

 Job Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery for strategic, large, and key client accounts, serving as the first point of accountability and escalation.  
  • Lead strategic planning, scoping, and resource modeling for brand, creative, and website initiatives to ensure projects are appropriately staffed, scoped, and sequenced.  
  • Oversee multiple large‑scale, concurrent projects, applying best practices, internal tools and systems, and standardized client‑facing templates to ensure consistent execution.  
  • Drive customer‑centric delivery by leading communication for all project‑related updates, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment, status updates, progress reporting, and timeline visibility throughout the project lifecycle.  
  • Set and manage clear stakeholder expectations while continuously adapting delivery based on project feedback, prioritizing client satisfaction by reassessing scope, timelines, and capacity—and proactively advocating for additional resources as needed to ensure smooth, predictable, and successful project outcomes.  
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, developing mitigation plans and coordinating cross‑functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.  
  • Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables, serving as the final accountability checkpoint prior to internal review or client delivery.  
  • Own accurate forecasting and revenue recognition, partnering closely with account and finance teams to track, report, and communicate key business metrics.  
  • Identify and implement process improvements, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality.  
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, acting as a senior resource and advisor across teams and departments.  
  • Partner on project intake and prioritization to balance demand, capacity, and strategic impact.  
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with role‑related systems and tools, including Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adopt new platforms as needed.  
  • Advanced expertise in managing complex creative projects, with a strong understanding of brand, design, content, and cross‑functional delivery workflows.   
  • Working knowledge of website components and the web development lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration with development, UX, and technical teams.  
  • Exceptional customer facing and executive facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex project details into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.   
  • Demonstrated excellence in building, maintaining, and managing complex project timelines, balancing scope, dependencies, and shifting priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives.  

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.   
  • 5+ years of progressive project/program management experience.  
  • Project Management Certification a plus  

Travel Requirements

  • Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities. 

Fair Labor Standards Act Status 

  • Salaried Exempt: Personnel will earn their regular salary and not be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a work week. 

Supervisory Responsibilities
