Primary Care Physician (FP or IM)

Titan Placement Group is searching for a Primary Care Physician in New Orleans, LA.

This position is with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming senior care. Their mission is to honor seniors with VIP care that delivers better health outcomes, supported by patient-focused services, including no-cost transportation.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $250,000 - $270,000
  • Bonus: Up to $20,000 in the first year, with potential increases as a partner
  • Partnership Opportunity: No buy-in required, with eligibility within 12-18 months of start date. Partners typically earn over $300,000 annually.
  • Paid Time Off: 33 days total
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental options for providers and their families
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 5.5% match
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3,500 allowance and 1 week off

Responsibilities

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
  • Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day
  • Patient Panel: Small, capped at 450 patients
  • Work/Life Balance: No nights, weekends, or holidays; 100% outpatient care
  • Administrative Time: Included in the schedule
  • Dedicated Care Team: Includes a personal medical assistant (MA) and schedule
  • Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
  • Care Model: Focused on value-based, patient-centered primary care
  • On-Call Schedule - Rotated amongst the other providersrs based on the territory (one week every 20 to 30 weeks)
  • In-house consulting specialists in Cardiology, Podiatry, and more Holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition programs.
  • Door-to-door transportation for patients

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
